1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Speddle ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use Speddle ("Service").
By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here, in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
See our Cookie Notice for details on cookies and optional analytics.

3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including running audits and generating reports.
- Authenticate users, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and secure the platform.

4. Product improvement and analytics
You acknowledge and agree that data you submit through the Service — including URLs, audit inputs, outputs, and usage behavior — may be used by us to improve, develop, and test the Service and related technologies.
This may include using audit data to refine detection rules, scoring, AI prompts, UX flows, and infrastructure. Where feasible, we use aggregation, pseudonymization, or de-identification for analytics.
We do not sell your personal information or audit data to third parties for their marketing purposes.
5. We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or audit data to data brokers or advertisers.
We only share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, database, email, analytics, payment processing, and AI inference providers) under contractual obligations to protect data and use it only for our instructions.
6. Data security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures include access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secured infrastructure, and restricted internal access.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for ensuring you have rights to submit URLs and content for auditing.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve the Service.
Audit data may be retained after account closure where required for backups, security logs, fraud prevention, or product improvement, subject to applicable law.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information.
To make a request, contact [email protected]. We may verify your identity before responding. Some requests may be limited where we must retain data to operate the Service, comply with law, or protect security.
10. International transfers
